Energy is the largest single variable cost no matter where the house is, when or how it was built, or whether it is heated by district heating, oil, pellets or electricity. The work starts from the property’s energy performance certificate, which is a legal requirement. The key to more efficient energy use is having control over all of the building’s energy flows.
Ventilation and indoor environment
Energy, ventilation and indoor climate go hand in hand. We suggest measures that reduce the energy used for ventilation without making the indoor climate worse — and we can carry out balancing, duct cleaning and mandatory ventilation inspection in the same property.
